Efficiency - that's what technology should deliver, but all too often doesn't. In order for Axlan to be efficient and to help independent language professionals to do the same, we're developing a set of integrated web-based applications. The objective is simple - to allow you to focus on providing your service and spend less time on marketing and administration.
Marketing and branding tools

Easily advertise your services on-line - we provide a search-engine-friendly web presence that you can define and edit yourself from a standard browser. Your key information is automatically translated into Spanish so that it's more easily searchable and understandable by clients.

Clients can search for providers matching their required criteria such as specialist knowledge, location and availability. So you receive qualified enquiries and waste less time dealing with those that you're unable to service.

Automatic or semi-automatic generation of a presupuesto when a prospective new client wants further information about you and your services. It's provided to your client in Spanish with your copy in English.

Axlan business card and email address to enhance your image as a professional language services provider.

Direct extension number from our central (911) telephone number - your calls can be automatically routed to your mobile or fixed line, or to voice-mail which is then forwarded to you as email with an audio attachment.
Timetable tools

Easily store your schedule and availability on-line in a format that can be made visible to clients and prospective clients. Click here to see an example Availability page. To use the service (free of charge) register here if you've not already done so, then create your timetable .

Be found when a client is looking for a service in a particular geographic area on specific days and times for which you are available.
Financial tools

Automatic electronic invoicing of all your regular work at the end of the month (or other interval that you define) - all you need to do is confirm any changes, cancellations, etc. The system already knows your schedule and client contact details so unless there are any changes to your standard schedule, everything is fully automated once set up.

Payment tracking and automatic email-based credit control. If you haven't been paid on time, the system will chase up your customer by sending increasingly insistent "reminder" emails, saving you time and helping to avoid lengthy delays.
