Email adresses for Associates

We can provide email addresses of the format yourname@team.axlan.com.

  • I already have an email address and want to keep it.
Mail to your Axlan address can be automatically forwarded to that address. That means that your contacts can send mail to your Axlan address and you will receive it at your existing email account. The only disadvantage with this approach is that when you send mail the originating address (as seen by the recipient) will be your existing address, not your Axlan address.

  • I don't already have an email address or would be prepared to change.
We offer web-based access to your Axlan email, andl IMAP access, which means that you can use standard programs such as Outlook or Thunderbird to read and send mail. This is a great solution - if you normally use web-based mail such as hotmail then you'll have the same advantages with our web-mail, but they'll look more professional - using the typical "free" email services does not give a particulalry professional image, especially when they add their advert to the end of your message, as many do. When you send mail via Axlan web-mail, it will appear to the recipient to be from yourname@team.axlan.com. The same goes for sending mail from Outlook etc. if it's properly configured (and we can help you with configuration.)
